Comprehensive renovation of an empty premises to convert it into modern and functional offices. The project aims to create an open, bright workspace with a clear hierarchy between common and private areas.

The central area is organized as a large common space that connects directly with the façade and natural light. Here, the reception is located, along with a lounge area with sofas and a large meeting table that serves as a meeting point for workers and clients.

At the entrance, a metallic structure of black slats defines the transition between the common area and the internal workspace. This structure is complemented by a succession of glass partitions of the same style, providing transparency and visual continuity while maintaining the necessary privacy.

The materials (natural wood, lacquered iron, and textile textures) have been chosen to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, balancing corporate character with a contemporary and welcoming aesthetic.
